Hello, my name is Julia, I’m a your new personal trainer!

I am a YMCA trained Level 3 Personal Trainer, a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity and fulled insured by UK Coaching.

About Me

My fitness journey started 20 years ago when I had my first son and gained 6 stone throughout the pregnancy.

I started my fitness journey mostly doing all the wrong things, from yoyo dieting to extreme fasting.

I had misconceptions that resistance training would transform my body and I would become overly muscly.

As part of my coaching plan I carry out the following programs:

Our COVID-19 Assessment for Clients

Strong hygiene measures are still highly advised for Personal Trainers and clients to follow when training clients due to COVID -19.

If any symptoms as following occurs clients are advised to follow the procedure for COVID-19.

  • If you or anyone living with you has had high temperature, a cough, or flu symptoms in the past 14 days you should not attend a training session.
  • If you have none of the above, please arrive at the allotted appointment time
  • Distance as 2 metres apart is still encouraging to maintain between client and trainer
  • Come unaccompanied to avoid anyone else being close
  • When you arrive please use a hand sanitizer to avoid any extra cross contamination to the equipment
  • Cleaning of equipment rigorously throughout before and after each client session by using antiviral spay and washing hands where possible or using hand sanitizer to clean hands
